Great cozy half duplex fully renovated recently. Includes 2 queen beds, 1 pull out couch, queen. Walk, bike, Uber to downtown, Mass Ave. convention center and more (nearly anywhere downtown 10.00 or less). Washer and dryer, full kitchen, and everything you need to be comfortable for a weekend or months stay for business. Very pretty neighborhood, walking distance to downtown or minutes drive to any where downtown. About 15-20 min to Indianapolis Airport. We do offer extended and short term stays. Bikes also available for those who want to explore that way. Private and free street parking also.
